New vendors are always welcome. We shall provide you with space, subject to availability, or numerous outdoors spaces. Within the building we offer space for almost any type of merchandise. These spaces are in well trafficked areas and potentially good sales spots. We offer attractive prices and hope to welcome you at the 400 Market. Temporary Vendors. New vendors can rent space on a day to day basis provide spaces are available. All product must be removed by the end of that rented weekend on the premises the booths are to be rented on a permenant basis. New vendors can rent space on the following weekend with no guarantee of the same booth rented.
Permenant Vendors. Spaces are available on a permenant basis where-by the vendor has the option of leaving their wares in the rented spaces. First and last months rent on deposit is required with no long term commitment short of 30 days notice upon leaving. Mutiple 8'x8' booths can be rent upon availability with a discount of 3 or more booths. All indoor booths have electrical supplied at no extra cost, with 2 tablesprovided, please bring your own tablecloths and chairs.
